We are lucky to live in such a wonderful part of New Zealand. And with a little care, and help from members of our community, we can preserve what we have.
Unfortunately, there are always those who would try and spoil things for others.
Pohutukawa Coast Crime Watch Patrol patrols Beachlands and Maraetai in our fully equipped Patrol vehicle, both day and night. We observe and report on what is going on in our area.
If you have time to spare, and would like to help us in keeping our area safe from crime, we would love to hear from you. 
We are often asked by the public for extra cover for the streets of Beachlands and Maraetai. To do this, we need your help.
Crime will not go away, and we need to be prepared to help ourselves in keeping it to a minimum.

To join our group, please come into the Beachlands Police Station and pick up a form. We will do the rest.
